Locally known as “The Cowboy Realtor,” Bryan works with buyers and sellers who want more than just another house in another crowded subdivision. Bryan did not come into real estate through the typical sales path. For more than two decades he built and operated businesses where complex systems, negotiations, and real-world logistics had to work under pressure. In those environments, results mattered more than theory — and problems had to be solved, not avoided.

That same mindset now guides the way he represents clients in real estate transactions.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Bryan has been an active real estate investor and landlord since 2022, giving him firsthand experience with property ownership, rental performance, and long-term value.
